Buyer's Representation
• Clients include owner-users such as professional services owners, technology companies, manufacturing, logistics and distribution companies and investors.
• The Buyer Representation process begins with an informational meeting to thoroughly understand the Buyer’s acquisition needs, objectives and investment criteria.
* A tailor-made action plan will then be developed to serve as a roadmap to the project. Simultaneously I will assist buyers to identify, negotiate, and secure properties through the entire closing process.
Tenant's Representation
• As Tenant Representation expert, we provide you with real-time office and industrial market intelligence and analysis of specific area.
• Thorough Needs analysis are conducted with our clients based on their industry and specific needs, so that we can use the data to identify suitable properties in their target market and area.
• Co-ordinate with Landlords to get access to tour with the Tenants.
• Using our industry connections, we can get access to the most comprehensive listing databases, as well as some off- market properties.
• We will make inquiries and run preliminary analysis to help you determine if your new space is within your budget and many other factors that go into finding the right space for you.
• Expertly negotiated deal terms and lease negotiation on behalf of tenants. Since we are neutral to each landlord, we will show you as many spaces as possible. This provides leverage to tenants from the start of the process to the signing of the lease agreement.
• We will be an advocate who will protect your financial and business interests and steer you towards the right commercial space.
• Brokerage fees are typically paid by the owner or landlord in the transaction, so it is literally free to the Tenants.
Landlord's Representation
• We seek to understand Landlord's needs and goals, then work closely with them to maximize property values through filling vacancies, retaining reputable tenants, suggesting repair items, and developing strategies for profitable disposition in the future.
